Anatoly Nirshberg

Anatoly Nirshberg is, as Chicago Tribune put it, a Digital Revolutionary who has a pulse on the future and an eye on the past. His incredible drive and strong background have allowed him to completely revolutionize the mortgage industry. Anatoly’s passion for the industry developed at a very young age when he had to step in during his family’s first home purchases and serve as a translator. Upon discovering his talents, at the age of sixteen, Anatoly proceeded to becoming a loan officer. Shortly after, he founded his own mortgage company and within three short years, he was able to scale it into being one of the top producing offices in Illinois. His firm was one of the first mortgage companies to go digital and successfully utilize technology to minimize costs and drive productivity.

As a young executive, Anatoly enrolled in Harvard Business School for his post-grad where he was able to strengthen his management and leadership skills, as well as deepen his knowledge on a variety of growth strategies for the middle market sector. The amount of knowledge gained from his experiences and education allows him to not only transform Real Estate services to benefit employees and clients but to also be far ahead of the competition.

Through a strong emphasis on company culture, effective communication and utilization of technology on a frequent basis, he is assuring that customers seeking loan assistance have greater and more immediate access to information.
